Hello, I'm Kid Freedom. Kid for Freedom is a podcast for kids about what's happening in America now. I explain it in the right way for kids to understand. Welcome back to Kid for Freedom. Today we're gonna talk about some of the biggest stories happening in America and around the world. This podcast look at the news from a conservative point of view. Conservatives generally believe in protecting the Constitution, keeping government limited, and securing the border, supporting free markets, respecting law enforcement and the military, and protecting religious freedom. Let's see what happened this week. Supreme Court Watch. One of the biggest stories in America right now is that the Supreme Court is preparing to release several important decisions. Many conservatives view the Supreme Court as an important defender of the Constitution. They often argue that judges should interpret laws based on the Constitution's original meaning rather than creating new policies from the bench. Several upcoming cases involve issues such as immigration, government power, and constitutional rights. Conservatives are paying close attention because these decisions could affect how much power the federal government has and how laws are applied across the country. Border and immigration. Immigration continues to be one of the biggest issues in America. Most many conservatives believe a country must have secure borders in order to remain safe and orderly. They argue that legal immigration is important and has helped grow stronger throughout its history, but that immigration laws should be enforced fairly and consistently. Supporters of strong border security say every nation has the right and responsibility to know who enters the country. The debate will likely continue throughout 2026. The economy. Why patriism matters? Conservatives often emphasize the importance of patriism. Patriism means loving your country while also working to improve it. Many Americans believe it is important to remember the freedoms protected by the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the sacrifices on military service members, this doesn't mean believing America is perfect. It means appreciating the country's freedoms and opportunities while working to solve problems. The Bible verse of the week is If my people who are called by my name will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven. 2 Chronicles 7 14. Many conservatives see this verse as a reminder that strong communities begin with faith, personal responsibility, prayer, and a good character. Alright, now for an interview with Ski Jay. Probably George Washington, Trump, Charlie Kirk, you know, those kind of people.

Oh yeah.

What do those patriots do for America?

Uh, I think they made America a better place.

Yeah, because George Washington was the first president and he fought in the Revolutionary War. Charlie Kirk, he influenced people through his beliefs.
